Hello every one ,
Can i say ( due to health issue i changed my job as a plumber into general labourer ? is that correct ? if not please write me a correct full sentence

It only needs a tweak or two to be both correct and natural sounding: "Due to a health issue, I changed my job from plumber to general labourer."

Due to health issues, I changed my job as a plumber to a general laborer.

Due to a health issue, I traded (OR swapped OR changed) jobs from plumber to general laborer.
2018-01-16 3:13 am
Due to an health issue, I gave up my job as a pumber and became a general lbourer.
