請問可以在英國境內補領BNO嗎?

本人現於英國留學, 正在使用tier 4 student visa在英居留, 出入境要使用特區護照及BRP。我在小時候曾持有BNO。而在沒有舊BNO在手, 請問我可以在英國境內補領BNO嗎? 手續如何? 謝謝

1. Yes. As lost replacement only.

2. You will have to apply online. A police report will be required given you can't surrender the expired passport.
