最近朋友去了澳洲旅遊，了解到一些有關移民的資料，認為我和家人適合移民到澳洲，因為我不但達到了大部份移民到澳洲的門檻，我還有一子一女，男的中六，女的中一，澳洲移民申請人攜同子女的最高年齡是23歲，剛好不用另外申請。
因此想了解一下移民到澳洲的：
1.福利
2.學習環境（例如子女有什麼地方可以學習...）
3.居住環境（例如會不會有很多華人、會不會太靜不適合香港人...）
4.就業情況（例如適合做什麼工作...）
5.居住地區（該在哪裏購置物業）（價格合適）
此外，除了墨爾本外，澳洲還有其他適合香港人居住的地方嗎？
條件：
1.交通不要太過不便
2.不要太喧鬧（也不要太清靜=方圓10里只有草地或民居，一間超市也沒有（或購物的地方）
3. 物業不要太昂貴
4.不會太難就業
希望大家可以提供資料或連結，如果可以分享移民經驗也可以（如果能提供協助，本人不勝感激）
請問香港人移民到澳洲好嗎？（根據表格188 A ） 墨爾本適合移民嗎？（對於香港人）?

Welfare is a safety net to protect people with needs. To protect its own resources, Australia will not allow a migrant to enter Australia when the migrant has no economical resources.
2. Similar to Hong Kong's current system.
Due to the age of the older child, it is very likely that he may have a gap in education, or he will be forced to enroll in some kind of bridging program (like foundation) for higher education.
3. It highly depends on the cities, as well as areas chosen.
4. N/A - If you apply under Visa subclass 188a, you are supposedly to be a business owner.
5. Due to a rush of foreign investment, prices of properties have been increased dramatically.
6. Most migrants will choose major cities at first. Bottom line - the suitable cities evolve based on your experience.
