When going down a group, the atomic size is increasing.
When going down the Group 17 (Group VIIA), the order is F, Cl and then I.
Atomic size : F < Cl < I
Hence, bond length : Se-F < Se-Cl < Se-I
The shorter the bond length, the higher the bond energy is.
Hence, bond energy : Se-F > Se-Cl > Se-I
i.e. bond energy : SeF₃ > SeCl₃ > SeI₃
