Molar mass of H₃PO₄ = (1.008×3 + 30.97 + 16.00×4) g/mol = 97.99 g/mol

No. of moles of H₃PO₄ = (22.66 g) / (97.99 g/mol) = 0.2312 mol

Molarity of H₃PO₄ = (0.2312 mol) / (1 L) = 0.2312 M

Divide 32.66 g by the molecular weight of H3PO4. That give you moles. When you put that many moles into one liter, your will get molarity (in moles/L)
