Is there a universal hdd dock driver?

I have a computer that has a built in hdd dock and i can not use it because i do not have a driver for it. is there a driver that is universal?

Depends on the dock. Some of them are just passthrough SATA power and data connectors and don't need separate drivers.

You shouldn't need a driver most hard drives are recognized by any computer

I very much doubt that a driver will be needed. The hdd driver will be supplied as usual by Windows.

Need to know which brand it is and your hdd, also doing a scan on Microsoft website can pull download a lot of drivers.
