Why won’t this movie show up?

So I just purchased a movie on iTunes and I can’t find it. I tried to see if maybe I accidentally didn’t find it but when I tried it said I’d already purchased it. I checked my bank account and that purchase has shown up. On the tv app on my iPhone, when I look up the movie it shows that it’s bought and will expire in 30 days but if I click on it it takes me back to the iTunes app. I’ve tried getting a refund but since it won’t show up anywhere it’s not working. This is really annoying me and I’m hoping for a solution.
