Is George H.W. Bush (41) the last US President to occupy the White House with grace and dignity?

His son had more grace and dignity in the White House than the current buffoonish toddler regularly throwing his toys out of the pram who currently (and only occasionally at that) occupies the oval office.

President Obama was a very graceful, dignified and well respected President.

HWBush is an honorable man, the VP of one of our greatest presidents....but I think GWB was a better steward of the office.
