HCO does not exist.

If you mean it is an aldehyde (_CHO), aldehyde does not react with HF.

HCO does not exist as a stable entity. It would contain at least one unpaired electron depending on how it were bonded which you don't show. So its chemistry would be that of a free radical if it exists at all.
