What do you think about the nickname Pixie for the full name Primrose?

I'm not sure how it originates from Primrose, but if that's what you want to do.

Both names are fine but I don't see how Pixie could be a nickname for Primrose, especially when they're both two syllables. Rose or Rosie would be a better nickname for Primrose, or just name her Pixie.
