Native speakers of English, could you help me?

I have to translate a ferry passenger information which will be provided over the loudspeakers to passengers. Does this sound polite and correct or are there any unusual phrases:

Attention please! It is prohibited to go to all the outdoor decks due to storm at sea. The ship may experience strong rocking. Please secure (fasten?) your belongings and take special care, especially when climbing stairs or opening doors.

Don't say "It is prohibited to go to all the outdoor decks due to storm at sea" Go straight to the point. "All outside decks are closed due to stormy weather. The ship may experience some violent movement. Please secure all your belongings and take care when moving around, particularly on stairs and using doors."

"Attention please! It is prohibited to go to the outdoor decks due to a storm at sea. The ship may experience severe rocking. Please secure your belongings and take special care, especially when climbing stairs or opening doors."

Not bad, but here are a few changes which can enhance it to be clearer:

Attention please! All the outdoor decks are prohibited due to the storm. The ship may also experience strong rocking. Please ensure that all your belongings are well secured, and use extreme caution when climbing stairs or opening doors.
