I was texting with a girl I ve been seeing for about 4 months now. We have a very loving relationship, we love each others company and stuff... Last night after texting the whole day and reaching to an end by saying to one another that we miss each other, I say I am going to sleep, love you( we say this all the time). She then only replies sweet dreams baby, good night.? Why would she not acknowledge my love to her? Like I just don t get it, and also I kind of don t want to confront it to her cuz it does seem a bit loco, but it still bothers me and am just curious why she wouldn t say it back.

Are you totally needy and desperate? If she didn't say I love you last night, she didn't. You're over-thinking and it seems to me you expect other people to behave do and say what YOU think they ought to say.

It's simple-
It's either a) she doesn't have those feelings for you yet or b) she has committment issues, that are making her fearful to take the next step.
Either way, I wouldn't push this issue with her any furhter, heck I would even stop saying those words to her for the next little while! She knows you love her, you don't need to convince her of it, and you don't need to force her into doing or saying something she isn't ready for.
