Go to the fiverr site..there are over a hundred excellent graphic designers to choose from!

Got any art colleges around? Talk to the teachers, they can have their class design something, you pick the 'winner' and give a prize for it. The fact they designed something for a local business goes into their art resume.

Okay, so some sort of printer (you know the guys who print business cards) could do that for you.
