輔警與酒店行業 本人是從事酒店行業，需輪班工作，但志願想投輔警，請問是會比較難通過輔警訓練？ 還有輔警是否一定要僱主同意書？

1. No relationship.The police will try its best to work with your schedule.
2. No. But it is better if the employer works together.
(Note - when auxiliary police duty is called, the auxiliary police member must report for duty. So even it is a part time job, it has a higher priority.)
