Biblically, the Bible says the: called, chosen, and faithful ....?

Why would Good call someone and not choose them? I thought the holy spirit kept the believer faithful. You know "so no man can boast". What I'm really asking is what part of salvation is dependant on the individual?

It is God's will that all be saved.

Those lost simply prove they put their own will before God's.

The problem here is perspective.

The simple reality is that God wants everyone to be saved "would that none be lost", but He knows who will respond and take up His offer and who won't.

From God's perspective, those who respond are chosen, elected, etc. to follow and do His will....
From our perspective we have free choice...

It's quite simple really!

All of it. Christianity is a faith of ACTION. Christ said that others would know we were His followers by our LOVE for others, not our proclamation that we follow Christ. He also said that to only love those who love us is of no use. We had to love even those who persecute us. It is not what we believe which is important, it is how we act on that belief.

God calls many who do not respond to His call. - John 6:44

Any who respond to the call may come to the Father through the one to whom they were called, but many don't. Only those who do are believers, and are chosen. - John 14:6

"Many are called but few are chosen" because not everyone called comes

Well you wouldn't even have the question without Faith that the Bible is the Word of God --- so go from there.

the called, the chosen and the faithful are one in the same.
each individual must accept salvation. no one can do it for you.
all are called, but few accept. all are chosen, but few obey. those who are faithful accept
and obey.

The terms “save” and “salvation” are sometimes used by Bible writers to convey the idea of a person’s being delivered from danger or destruction. (Exodus 14:13, 14; Acts 27:20) Often, though, these terms refer to deliverance from sin. (Matthew 1:21) Since death is caused by sin, people who are saved from sin have the hope of living forever.—John 3:16, 17. *

What is the way to salvation?

To gain salvation, you must exercise faith in Jesus and demonstrate that faith by obeying his commands.—Acts 4:10, 12; Romans 10:9, 10; Hebrews 5:9.

The Bible shows that you must have works, or acts of obedience, to prove that your faith is alive. (James 2:24, 26) However, this does not mean that you can earn salvation. It is “God’s gift” based on his “undeserved kindness,” or “grace.”—Ephesians 2:8, 9; King James Version.

Can you lose out on salvation?

Yes. Just as a person saved from drowning could fall or jump back into the water, a person who has been saved from sin but fails to keep exercising faith could lose out on salvation. For this reason, the Bible urges Christians who have received salvation “to put up a hard fight for the faith.” (Jude 3) It also warns those who have been saved: “Keep working out your own salvation with fear and trembling.”—Philippians 2:12.

Who is the Savior—God or Jesus?

The Bible identifies God as the primary source of salvation, often referring to him as “Savior.” (1 Samuel 10:19; Isaiah 43:11; Titus 2:10; Jude 25) In addition, God used various men to deliver the ancient nation of Israel, and the Bible calls them “saviors.” (Nehemiah 9:27; Judges 3:9, 15; 2 Kings 13:5) * Likewise, since God provides salvation from sin through the ransom sacrifice of Jesus Christ, the Bible refers to Jesus as “Savior.”—Acts 5:31; Titus 1:4. *

Will everyone be saved?

No, some people will not be saved. (2 Thessalonians 1:9) When Jesus was asked, “Are those being saved few?” he replied: “Exert yourselves vigorously to get in through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will seek to get in but will not be able.”—Luke 13:23, 24.

Misconceptions about universal salvation

Misconception: First Corinthians 15:22 teaches universal salvation by saying that “in the Christ all will be made alive.”

Fact: The context of this verse discusses the resurrection. (1 Corinthians 15:12, 13, 20, 21, 35) So the phrase “in the Christ all will be made alive” simply means that all who are resurrected receive this blessing through Jesus Christ.—John 11:25.

Misconception: Titus 2:11 teaches universal salvation by saying that God is “bringing salvation to all people.”—International Standard Version.

Fact: The Greek word translated “all” in this verse can also mean “every kind or variety.” * Thus, the correct understanding of Titus 2:11 is that God is making salvation available to all sorts of people, including people “out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues.”—Revelation 7:9, 10.

Misconception: Second Peter 3:9 teaches universal salvation by saying that God “does not desire anyone to be destroyed.”

Fact: God wants people to be saved, but he does not force them to accept his provision for salvation. His “day of judgment” will include the “destruction of the ungodly people.”—2 Peter 3:7.

If ye continue ??????

What if you don't continue?????? Oh, salvation is related to sin and obedience, how can that be?

Col 1:22-23 ....to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel ....

I find it is dedication to God. To re initiate that drive toward living in faith. I'm NOT talking about some rendition of a sinless "clean Christian lifestyle" farce, I'm talking about serving God and trusting him for his promises daily. That part is dependent upon the person; the re-application of dedication. If there was anything else it would be to make sure your Christian denomination or pastor wasn't misleading you. Perhaps the easiest example of that cautionary tale are the Catholics; they are constantly being misled into worshiping something other than God. It is Catholic tradition nowadays.

You must receive the 'free gift' of God through Jesus Christ......... many refuse, and end up in hell. God does not force anyone to take His awesome gift.

If you do not yet know God, do this just as you are, without pretense, in truth and He will help, but first know this…

Rom 3:23
23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

Rom 6:23
23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Rom 5:8
8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
To receive God's free gift....

Rom 10:9-11

9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”

Pray this...
Father, I accept your gift of forgiveness for all my sins because of what Jesus has done for me.
Help me in my time of need and show me the way I should go, and to turn away from my sins and trust
in you. I ask this in Jesus' name. Amen

2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

You are no longer a slave to fear, but are a child of God.

Colossians 1:13
13 He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,
