1. 唯一的錯誤是: saw 應該改成see.

2. if 也應該改成 when 比較好

3. please 也應該移除比較好

hold my hand tight when you see me in heaven.

Leave out "please"---
Hold

if--if clause is to indicate that an event is unlikely or improbable,not likely to be true or to happen as an improbable result which seems improbable;
I see you
in heaven----home of God and the saints; die and go to heaven !
