Non-native English speakers: in what language do you read the numbers?

While mentally reading a text in English, do you read the numbers (68, 45, 2020, etc) in English or do you switch to your native language?

Depends on which language I'm speaking I read this in English so I will think the numbers in English if it was in portuguese i would think them in portuguese
