Potentially possible.
Division of property is always a complicated topic. In short - the court uses the approach of contribution (i.e. how much paid) to determine if a person is entitled for the ownership, rather than simply being named as a owner.
If the wife is able to prove that her income has contributed to the mortgage in anyway, then the wife will be entitled for some portions of the property based on how much she has contributed. At the same time, if you are only a named owner only (i.e. you paid nothing for the property), your entitlement of the property will be none.
