When guys like me I think they're lying?

I just assume if guys like me or flirt with me that they're doing it out of pity or to get a good laugh. If a guy were to say he liked me,I would honestly say "are you sure?" And not know why they could ever like me. Does this mean I have issues?

When I was in high school I had a tough time with people calling me names. I wasn't a top victim or anything, everyone got a bit of this, but I took it hard and thought everybody hated me.
2 Girls asked me out while this was going on, I immediately said no thinking "they are just trying to humiliate me"
Looking back I was probably wrong.
Basically its probably in your head. Analyse the situation and decide if you think they were laughing at you or if it seemed genuine.
Maybe add some more information of an experience with a particular guy so that people can judge it better for you.
