To express double negative meaning of verbs, you may use the negative of their antonyms 反義詞.你是不是不承認你不是不愛我 ?
You just refuse to admit that you don't dislike/hate me, don't you?
But,I would rather express the verb "love" directly, as:
You just refuse to admit that you are actually in love with me, don't you?
(You just don't admit that you are actually in love with me, do you?)
