我15歲時因為 Shoplift , 後被警司警誡左兩年 .
依架20歲啦 , 想出年去美國旅行 .
而今日我打俾我個 Madame 問關於我個年既file係咪delete左同申請簽證係咪要填寫有犯罪記錄?佢話巳經del左,唔洗填寫自己有犯罪記錄.
但係我做過research , 一半人話就算洗左底申請visa都要填寫有案底 , 一半人話警司警戒不是案底 / 案底既意思係刑事紀錄已沒有經過法庭審理，法官亦未有定過你的罪,就冇刑事紀錄 , 咁就唔洗填寫有案底.
咁姐係點 ? 搞到我好頭疼 . 我唔想申請時做埋D唔合法既野 .
被警司警誡過,申請簽證要我填寫犯罪記錄?幫幫忙!!?

Bottom line:
- You don't have a criminal record.
You will only have a criminal record when you are tried by the court. If asked for your conviction, you have none.
- You have an arrest record.
You will have an arrest record when you have been arrested by the police and brought back to the police station for processing. If asked for your arrest record, this is the record you have to report.
