Is a communications degree worth it these days?

I’m in my schools general studies program and would like to get an actual degree that I can use more then a general studies? Ok w you can do a lot with it?

Most communications majors end up in sales

The young people I know that majored in these areas do not have work.

What do you mean "worth it"? If you're measuring the value of an education ONLY by how much money you can make with the degree, then you've already failed.
