My grandad who passed away was in my dream last night. What does this mean?

He passed away in 2013 and we had a really good relationship, last night he was in my dream happy and bright as he always had been before he got really ill and passed away. He asked how old I was now and wanted me to join him in the parade he was in (he parade was you have to walk with people you love) does this mean anything?
