(³⁵Cl-³⁵Cl)⁺ is just an ion temporarily exist in mass spectrometry detection. It is not necessary to give a name to it.
The ion is made by linking up two chlorine-35 (³⁵Cl) atoms and losing 1 electron, its symbol is (³⁵Cl-³⁵Cl)⁺.
As the mass of electron is negligible, the relative mass of (³⁵Cl-³⁵Cl)⁺ = 35 × 2 = 70
