No. A lot of creative people do this. It is how writers and songwriters come up with their stories and songs and artworks.

No i do it to. I dont know how to talk to people either. Sometimes i act as two people and switch characters and play my friend and me having a conversation. Or pretend im talking to someone and listen to what i say in my head then respond outloud. Its a cool thing sometimes to have your own little world inside your head. Its good to tap out of reality. this life can be boring

I think your being called to understand yourself more, maybe the people your surrounded by are not interested in or providing the types of subjects that stimulate your growth as an individual. It could also be a mental illness but not necessarily, a lot of people like being interviewed and do those online quizzes.
You may feel that you want a different life or not valued in the life your in, dont get enough attention, being interviewed about yourself and your life is giving it importance and significance in the eyes of others and feeling validated in this world, talking to yourself is giving yourself love and attention.
