with net neutrality, an internet provider has to allow all content to pass through them with the same level of speed

without net neutrality an internet provider [like verizon or comcast] can allow some things through, but throttle (slow down) others
they could offer their own services at normal speed, but ask for extra money to allow other stuff (like Netflix) through their connections

this is not just speculation based on communication companies greed

back in 2013, before net neutrality, comcast was *deliberately* slowing down Netflix connections through their internet ports, and only ended it after netflix agreed to pay them.

ending net neutrality is like handing the keys of the henhouse to the fox, and expecting the fox to behave like a gentleman

"net neutrality" refers to the principle that all traffic on the internet is treated equally.
So you can access something like porn, as easily as you can order a pizza.
