You are an EU national/spouse of an EU national, who has a residence card to prove you live in the UK, in 4 yrs time as long as you have followed the requirements of EU citizens based on the UK law as as they stand now ( and they could change) you can then apply for ILR ( as the UK will then be out of the EU) and 12 months later citizenship, to do that you will have to also pass Life in the UK and the English requirements and only then could you apply for a British passport
You have to become a British citizen. As you're not a citizen, you can't apply for a UK passport.
So first - you need to become a citizen. See the link for info.
You are way ahead of yourself. You are a long way off from a passport. Your next step is to apply for permanent residence.
You cannot apply for UK passport unless you are UK citizen. You are only a temporary resident. You do not even qualify to apply for ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain - legal permanent residency status). And with Brexit, you might not be remaining in UK long enough to qualify for ILR.
