中港婚姻糾紛離婚問題?

本人家屬男方再十多年前曾在國內跟國內女方結婚，事後無再聯繫已十多年，不是假結婚，最近收到國內寄給男方的文件是有關女方向國內法庭申請離婚既文件，文件要求男方回國內上庭，文件並無任何要簽署既文件，男方因私人理由未能到國內上庭，想問有無專業人士知道如果不上庭有無問題?女方是否可單方面離婚?或者有無任何途徑可知道有關資料查詢?

The complication is not about the case itself, rather than the legal procedure, specifically service of process.
A court document can't be served outside of the court's jurisdiction unless explicitly permitted by the court. In this case, a court document from the Mainland's People's Court is not valid in Hong Kong.
On that basis, the case can be rejected because the person seeking relief failed to deliver the document properly.
