Is radio including: radio shows, radio broadcasts, all part of journalism or do only specific branches of radio fall into journalism?

Journalism is a special term devoted only to news broadcasts on the radio, or commentary on political issues or other items currently in the news or important in a certain time of history, but not shows, unless they are historical documentaries. Journalists write and talk about current and past news.
