Although it has been my preference to work in this particular sector, I will not be able to accept your offer for the reason that without a driver's license, it will take me around 2 hours and 45 minutes to commute to work in that city location by public transportation.

Thank you for your ideas. Unfortunately the city you suggest is not suitable. As I have to use public transport the commute would be far too long to consider.

As working in this sector isn’t what I expected, I regret to say that the city you propose is not convenient for me. And because I do not have a driving license, if I use the public transport, the commuting time would be a burden for me. I’d be much appreciate if I would be given a chance to server the other sectors of the company.
