center at ( - 1 , 4 ) and vertex at ( - 1 , 0 ) and focus at ( - 1 , 5 ) means the 2nd vertex on x = - 1 is at ( -1 , 8 ) ---> a = 4 , c = 1 and b = √15.........( y - 4 ) / 16 + ( x + 1) / 15 = 1
