How reliable is the PHQ-9 depression screening questionare?

I got a 14(moderate depression) but idk if I should be taking it seriously or if it's just another unreliable online quiz like the ones that tell me what kind of chicken nugget I am.

Well, they can't be absolute because they're not given by a mental health professional.

i would think its reliable or they wouldnt put it on there
