Take a gun then just shoot yourself for being so stupid. Rice is a myth. The liquid spill will have set up an electrolytic corrosive reaction and caused damage to the tracks and components. As far as I am aware rice does not have magical properties to repair track damage.
With your MacBook Air being so expensive it is probably worth it to take it to a specialist repairer who deals with board level component repair. If repairable it won’t be cheap but it will be cheaper than an Apple refurb that would be offered at an Apple store. Most offer a no fix no fee service. If you are in the US you can mail it in to Rossman repair group who are one of the few techs that will deal with spill damage.
