想寫一封英文投訴信?

較早前聘請了貴司的清潔服務，可惜清潔工人並不合作，非常不稱職。

本人希望日後使用貴司另一服務時，並不再發生同樣事情，希望貴司清晰指導相關服務員工達致應有的專業水準，謝謝！

Earlier I hired a cleaning service from your agent, so pity the cleaner was not cooperative and she didn't do the job well.

I hope the same situation won't happen again, when I try another service items in your Agent Co. next time. Beside, I think all those service staffs should be trained well and be guided clearly with the work concerned, so that they can achieved with professional level. Thank you!

I’m here to state a fact that your company’s cleaners didn’t cooperate with us to do an assigned job well last time, and I think they are unqualified to reach a professional status.
Because I am going to use your company’s another service, besides I hope the bad experience won’t happen again, I also hope that your company can assign a supervisor to check all the works been properly done to achieve a professional status. Thanks.
