Do you hold PR status? You will need to document your status to apply for any job. No employer can accept applications from those who do not hold proper work authorization. The exception is for open positions in shortage occupations where the employer first receives authorization from the govt to consider foreign applicants, and the employer is qualified to apply for employment visa prior to the foreign worker's entry to Canada.
What are your qualifications? What degrees do you hold in which field from which universities where? What experience do you have doing what, exactly, how well & how long for whom where?
Since you apparently have arrived in Canada as a new immigrant without having a job, it is apparent that you did not obtain PR status through your advanced educational qualifications + experience in a shortage occupation. Perhaps you came through family?
Your English skills are not very good, and this is going to be a serious obstacle to obtaining employment - unless you are highly fluent in French & living in Quebec. Without knowing more details about your qualifications - education, experience, specialized expertise - it is very difficult to suggest how to go about finding a job. After all, even new immigrants with master's degrees often have trouble finding work if they come without a job, and end up working as janitors & taxi drivers. Canadian immigration levels are too high for their economy to absorb then all into the workforce.
Specify your qualifications & the type of work you are looking for. Then maybe we can be of more help.
