what is the correct way to say? I hope everyone “has” a good day or I hope everyone “have” a good day?

EVERYONE is plural.
The verb must match.
HAS is plural.
HAVE is singular
has for plural, have for singular. Since everyone is plural, is is has.
"I hope everyone has a good day" is correct. The other version is not correct.
According to Longman:
GRAMMAR: Singular or plural verb?
Use a singular verb after everyone:
Everyone likes her.
As the same question posed 11 years ago, Yaktivistdotcom’s public answer is as follows (I am an English learner too).
"Everyone, have a good time" would be proper with the comma indicating that you are talking to "everyone" and instructing them to have a good time. "Everyone has a good time" would be right if you were talking about everyone in the third person.
