Why isn't the woman who flicked off Trump's motorcade being tried for treason?
She clearly hates America

She was exercising her First Amendment rights you fascist prick.
No, she clearly hates Trump, which is hardly treasonous. There’s a lot of that going around these days.
Freedom of expression is NOT treason. I suppose Russian trolls don't know that.
"Flicked off?" Is that some kind of Russian thing?
She is a hero. Trump is the one who should be tried for treason.
It wasn't an act of treason. Something akin to treason would be like if a US President was on foreign soil, dissed the US intelligence community and believed someone like Putin. :)
Treason means giving aid and comfort to an enemy in wartime. Giving Trump the bird does not directly give aid. It's a form of speech. Ever hear of the First Amendment?
Because that is not a treasonous act. The GOP would have you bowing to the limos of Wall Street CEOs when they drove by if you're too dumb to figure that out yourself.
Because being a dumbass isn't a treasonable offense. It simply the most common trait of democrat voters.
Treason is defined in the Constitution as things like starting a war against the country. Simply hating the country is not treason.
