What is your status in Canada? Obviously, your family did not legally immigrate with PR status. So you might never get PR in Canada!
Obviously, you need English language classes.
NOBODY can tell you what courses to take, other than some general needs such as your need for more English language study. Why? Each person has different talents, abilities, skills, interests, strengths & weaknesses. Nobody can say "earn a chemical engineering degree," for example. If you have no real talent or abilities in math, engineering, and chemistry, you will FAIL! Worse, you'll be a miserably unhappy failure.
Therefore, it is CRUCIAL to ask you where your talents, abilities, interests, etc, lie! It is your life & you have to analyze your self, your talents, etc. and decide for yourself.
