How to feel comfortable in my body again after panic attacks?

Started having panic attacks and dissociation two years ago. I ve been checked out a million times by different docs and they all say my symptoms are anxiety. I ve had probably almost every test done on me. I m starting to feel more real and here but I dont know how I m suppose to feel in my body. I ve been dissociating so much I don t know what "normal" feels like. I ll have times where I think I m fainting or not breathing cause I feel too relaxed.I also get times where I m afraid my throat will close up or I ll stop breathing. I literally think I m going to die. So idk how to even feel when I m not feeling weird

anxiety means fear, so what are you afraid of? You're afraid to try anything, to move forward so did someone in your life make you feel small? Sometimes you have to force yourself into life situations to overcome your past. Can a behavioral therapist help you? Find out when this started and why.

Hi you are not wierd just by the sound of what you have put up panic attack slow down and try to work out in your own mind what is causing this keep smiling

Place a couple of mats on the floor and sleep on it. cover yourself with blankets(if applicable). Place a perfume next to the mats may help relaxing?
