How to to get rid of depression?

It’s really hard to get rid of depression, but reading inspiring quotes help me a little bit, just a tiny bit, when I have no motivation to do anything, because I’m so done with life. I also find articles that are positive news, not scary or sad news they like to put in the media. I hope your depression clears up a little bit, I know everything won’t go away right away and it’s hard to recover without therapy or medication but little things could create little happiness which might help with your depression a bit :)

You have to do the things you dream of, get laid, get a job or study, get a hobby, reach out for friends and family, and so on. and most of all, be yourself and live happy. A positive action and positive affirmations will often help, and please, break the vicious cycle of habit and develop a healthier scheme. and pray often to Jesus. Jesus is our only savior, so we must trust in his wisdom. Show compassion and mercy, be a service to the public, and you will find happiness near you.
