曾買過居屋，因多債務，不能再供樓，所以巳賣出居屋，賣得的錢都全部還債，沒有資產，但全家2人，收入約１６００－１７００左右，是否可以申請公屋呢？

The answer is no.

Unless you are a CSSA recipient, you will never be eligible for any public housing benefit again.
