Call him whatever YOU want to call him. Naming a pet should be personal.
Stop calling him a Siamese. Siamese kittens come from TICA, CFA or ACFA breeders who never let them go younger than TWELVE weeks. You have a no breed kitten from a backyard breeder.
Nine days isn't very long. Call him kitty until it just comes to you both, and it will once he does something that makes him stand out as a character, not as a name.
You didn't mention whether he was a Seal Point etc, and that makes it hard to advise.
One of my recent faves for silvery cats (and I see you were looking at Smoke for a name) is Greyjoy. If he's a seal or chocolate point you could go for Selkie (the Irish creature that is a seal that can turn into a woman) but then you have a boy on your hand.
What is his soul and spirit like? That might take time or no time at all to sense and that is what matters. It would be idiotic to give my favorite name of Greyjoy to a grumpy or serious animal, for example. One of my faves for a big confident cat who isn't fixed is Major Tom, but you are hopefully getting or have gotten your baby fixed. You just have to think more. This baby will know his name quickly once you pick it. Nine days is nothing.
Other names I've used for cats:
Koshka (pronounced with Koh as in cola) is Russian for Cat.
Cola, Hershey Cadbury for a darker brown (like a seal point/chocolate Siamese) or brown/black/orange/buff Tortie.
Scruff for a cat that's always a mess and in trouble--a scruffy cat or a patchy-looking coated cat.
Siersha for a female cat with a lean elegant figure.
Sunny/Sunshine for a big yellow tabby with a benevolent loving disposition.
"Copy", short for Copycat: a cat that follows you everywhere like a shadow and just seems to have the same emotions, joys, fun, whatever that you are having.
Bijoux: for a treasure (it's French)
Cotton: for a white or white-silver tipped long haired cat, pref a long-haired Persian who has a dryer coat (also registered it as King Cotton)
Kippa: kitty who loves fish (sounds like Kipper)
If you want a luxury name for a classic Siamese with pale blue dazzling eyes and don't want to fuss with personality names: Lapis (for Lapis Lazuli), Moonstone aka "Moon", Azure, Sapphire, Marina, Agapanthus aka "Aggie" or "Panther" (a flower which is also called Lily of the Nile), Nigella (a blue flower), Bluestar (flower with a pale ice blue color).
Names with built in character: Meezer or Ebemeezer (Meezer is the Siamese breed's nickname but hardly anybody knows that).
