Molar mass of SiO₂ = (28.1 + 16.0×2) g/mol = 60.1 g/mol
Molar mass of H₂O = (1.0×2 + 16.0) g/mol = 18.0 g/mol

4HF + SiO₂ → SiF₄ + 2H₂O
Mole ratio SiO₂ : H₂O = 1 : 2

No. of moles of SiO₂ reacted = (11.0 g) / (60.1 g/mol) = 0.183 mol
No. of moles of H₂O produced = (0.183 mol) × 2 = 0.366 mol
Mass of H₂O produced = (0.366 mol) × (18.0 g/mol) = 6.59 g
