Does Wells Fargo Moniter Teen Accounts?

They monitor all accounts. But no they wouldn't notice your vap purchases

Wells Fargo doesn't monitor accounts. Why would they? They are in the business of making money, they aren't babysitters for teens.

You won't be able to purchase e-cigs unless you are 18. They're regulated by law, just like tobacco is. It's illegal to sell them to a minor.

Unless your parents were given the option to be notified when you opened the account then no, but if you’re worried about them finding out you need to think beyond this, where will you hide it? When will you use it? What if your friends let it slip or someone’s you know finds you doing it?
Your friends parents aren’t your parents, doing stuff like that is honestly a headache waiting for you and they’ll find out eventually

All banks use a tracking service that monitors your checking account number and your bank debit/credit card account number - in that it tracks your spending habits, where you normally shop, etc. - what's "normal" for you. That's for your own financial protection.

The bank would flag your account and notify you or a co-signer only if a wildly extravagant, unusual activity took place. It would want you to tell them if it was a fraudulent transaction, or if it was "good"

The bank wouldn't consider a transaction for an e-cigarette to be "wildly extravagant", and the bank would just ignore it and say nothing about it.

If a fraudulent transaction was made using your bank debit/credit card, the bank would refuse to honor the transaction, and cancel your card and send you a new one with a different account number.
