本人今年37歲，怀孕将7个月（领综缓的）在2/11晚第2次犯【店鋪盗竊】在百佳一時歪念借了2樽腰果价值$179，被保安捉住時，上九龍城1庭全程我同差人及Cid都好合作即時相認罪！由于是第二次我好担心要坐今次我情況，罚款、缓刑机会大嗎？

今次500担保13/11由出事果日我完全瞓吾着一D野都食吾落野，个人好似頂吾住咁在14年前曾第一次犯店鋪盗竊那時被告3个名，涉及金額4万7，因当時C+律師尤说我白手又大肚2个月認左佢，當時觀塘庭殺手官，虽然肯比取各項報告，但要入去泡21日等報告（報告虽然比我守行為…）最后个官都判2年，左減右減实坐6个月！】我見有些人犯4、5次都是罚款、缓刑！
今次D人说：上次件案性質不同嚴重好多3各被告（做集團告我地）但我今次好担心比第一次判刑影响到我！寫求情信有幫助嗎？如果有…应该点寫？

In term of theft, the sentence usually depends on the amount related to the theft. So a small amount will work in your favour.

However, given this is your second conviction, you are a repeated offender. It is possible that the Court may want to teach you a lesson. So even you will end up with a fine and/or community service, the Court can still hold you for a post-conviction detention to determine your sentence.
