Best route to pursue a (Second/Masters) degree in psychology with GPA 3.05 in college?

I am finishing my first Bachelor degree in Marketing with an estimated GPA of 3.05/4.3. For some complicated reasons, I am extremely interested to be a Doctor in Psychology. I even have my dissertation outline for the Doctoral program in Psychology ready. I am wondering how to best pursue a degree in Psychology or at least touch on this field?
