First solution : C₁ = 0.1294 M, A₁ = 0.635
Second solution : C₂ = ? M, A₂ = 0.291

Beer's law : C₁/C₂ = A₁/A₂
Then, C₂ = C₁ × (A₂/A₁)

Concentration of the second copper solution, C₂ = (0.1294 M) × (0.291/0.635) = 0.0593 M
