Can I apply to radiography school with a 2.5 GPA and two C s on my prerequisites?

Not likely you can compete for admission to any reputable school. You'll be competing with applicants with straight-A grades, especially in the prerequisites. Who do you think gets accepted? Not the student who is barely scraping by.
