Facebook notifications won't load and keep buffering. What is the solution?

Would help if we knew what Device you had ?

Make sure your Internet Connection is working and you have a Strong Connection if its Weak it may not always Load and may Buffer

It may just be a Issue with Facebook on there End you Cant fix that

Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the problem to them

try logging out and log back in tomorrow.
