We have all seen ...We all have seen ...
應該都行,但是前者是比較通用順口.你除非是做詩詞(為了對稱)還是乖乖地用前者吧.

When "all" follows a verb referring to a group(=we), it should come after the first auxiliary if there is one(=have);
eg:-There are beautifull photographs in which we can see.(Not we all can be seen). It comes after a simple tense of "have" eg:-We have all seen books filled with beautiful photographs."all" is an adverb.
